AWE Events signs the new edition of “FCA meets FCA”: the multi-brand convention dedicated to the dealers of the Group
AWE Events, an event division of Alessandro Rosso Group, set up the multi-brand dealer convention for FCA Italy (Business Center Italy), which was the result of the one produced at the beginning of 2016, focused on the key concepts of harmony and strength of the team.
This year the key messages of the event were courage, resilience and solidity. To host the 6 brands present – Fiat, Lancia, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Mopar – and the 700 guests between dealers and interiors, a classic and institutional location was chosen: the Auditorium of the Lingotto Congress Center in Turin.
On the stage of the hall was set up a screen of great scenographic impact, 22 meters wide and 6 meters high, overlooking a sliding wall designed for product revealing.
The set up, thanks to the large projection surface and a skilful lighting design, allowed for great flexibility and efficiency in the personalization of the stage space and a flexible alternation of the different communication messages of the brands, while maintaining a strong Group identity.
This year’s protagonist was the Jeep brand, with the suggestive revelation of the New Wrangler and with the presentation of an aggressive market strategy.

It’s official the candidacy of Milan to host the 37th Convention IGLTA, International Association for Gay & Lesbian Tourism LGBT, planned for 2020.
The location of the annual congress that will involve more than 400 international tourist operators will be selected by December 15th among Milan, London, Bruxelles, Tel Aviv, Bogotà and Sydney.
To support the candidacy of Milan, the National Agency for Tourism (ENIT), the City of Milan and Italian Association for Tourism (AITGL); among their main commitments, the sponsorization of the gala dinner closing the 2019 Convention in New York and the opening cocktail reception in Milan in 2020.
The location selected to host the congress is AtaHotel Expo Fiera. Milan’s candidacy got an endorsement from the US Consulate in Milan, VisitUSA Italia, European Travel Commission, San Francisco Travel Association and Arcigay of Milan.

TIM in Lisbon for a special Convention
TIM’s convention dedicated to the Net, with internal Sales division and entrepreneurs of points of sales, represents one of the company’s most important and strategic events in communication.
This year 600 participants were invited to Lisbon for three days of works focused on themes like hyper-convergency, importance of leadership and to evaluate the great results achieved this year, also thanks to the strength of new advertising communication.
Alessandro Rosso Group took care of the logistics of the event “Leader Attack”, planning to take guests to fascinating locations, full of history and with great emotional impact from September 3rd to 5th.
Communication in full took place in Campo Pequeno, the Placa de Toros of Lisbon that has been the symbol of strength and competition for 125 years: the perfect venue to host the convention of a team that always stood out for its initiative, courage and ability to challenge the market.
Here AWE Events, the event division of Alessandro Rosso Group, and Havas Events Milan designed and produced a structure of communication and storytelling through massive sets, playing with different sizes and depths with an extremely dynamic and versatile 30 meter proscenium.
To close the circle, a complex frontal projection and dedicated mapping of volumes, animating the scene with extremely captivating graphic and video contributions, conceived to enhance the new visual identity of the brand and the peculiarity of the proscenium.
Leading the works Lodovica Comello, actress, singer and TV host, guiding the works with style and a fresh take.
Special guests, like skiers Giorgio Rocca and Tina Maze, brought to the public their experience of speed, power and success.
The night before an extraordinary Elio e le Storie Tese concert introduced the TIM convention, exclusively dedicated to its guests in the historic Convent Do Beato with gala dinner and setup enhancing its architecture and style.
